Fantasy NBA DraftKings DFS Values (Jan. 26th)

As we brace for a blizzard (Juno) here in the northeast, a couple of games that were scheduled to be played in New York City have been postponed.

Therefore, a seven-game slate is now down to five games, four of which have point spreads of 12.5 points or more leading to plenty of blowout potential.

With the Kings and Blazers no longer in action tonight, some studs like DeMarcus Cousins, LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard are obvioiusly unavailable. And neither are some bargain-priced players like Langston Galloway and Jason Smith.

With that said, here are some DraftKings values ($6,500 salary or less) for Monday's NBA games:

PG - Elfrid Payton, Orlando Magic (at MEM), $5,500: The matchup is difficult against Mike Conley and the Grizzlies, but Payton does a lot of things to generate fantasy points. Over his past seven games, Payton is averaging 34.07 fantasy points per game with a minimum of 27.25 during that span. In addition, he has averaged 13.29 points, 8.29 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.14 steals per game during that stretch.

PG - Dante Exum, Utah Jazz (vs. BOS), $3,500: Exum has played at least 29 minutes and scored at least 23.5 fantasy points in back-to-back games. Meanwhile, the Celtics have allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing point guards this season. While he likely won't continue to knock down three's at his current rate (eight of 15 over past two games), he should once again exceed value at his bargain price.

PG - Larry Drew II, Philadelphia 76ers (at NO), $3,400: With Michael Carter-Williams (illness) out, Drew II will get his first career NBA start tonight. In his six games,he has averaged just 0.58 fantasy points per minute, but with the boost in minutes tonight, he should easily reach value.

* Fantasy Basketball World Championship (FBWC): Qualify for DraftKings FBWC and spend a five-night VIP experience in Vegas culminating in a one-in-40 shot at the $1 MILLION top prize.

SG - Eric Gordon, New Orleans Pelicans (vs. PHI), $5,700: Gordon has scored more than 20 fantasy points in 10 consecutive games and he should continue to be productive as long as Jrue Holiday is out of the lineup. Over that 10-game span, Gordon is averaging 15.6 points, 4.8 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 2.2 three-pointers per game. Meanwhile, the Sixers allow the third-most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards. In addition, teammate Quincy Poindexter ($3,000) is an intriguing SG punt option as he's averaging more than 27 minutes since joining the Pelicans.

SG - Evan Turner, Boston Celtics (at UTA), $5,300: Turner had one of his best games of the season last night with a 19/7/7 line while adding a steal and a block. In his past five games, Turner has averaged 32.35 fantasy points per game with a minimum of 27 in each. In order for Turner to reach 6x his salary, he'll need to score 31.8 points (less than his five-game average).

SF - Wilson Chandler, Denver Nuggets (at LAC), $5,600: Chandler has scored 33-plus fantasy points in back-to-back games and the Clippers have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing small forwards this season. Chandler has averaged more than 37 minutes per game over his past three games.

PF - Thaddeus Young, Minnesota Timberwolves (at OKC), $6,000: Young was on this list yesterday and he delivered with 45.5 fantasy points, but Young has been very productive lately. Over his last six games, he is averaging 35.29 fantasy points per game and he has at least 30 fantasy points in five of those six games. During that stretch, he has averaged 18.0 points, 5.83 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.33 steals per game.

PF - Nerlens Noel, Philadelphia 76ers (at NO), $5,000: Noel scored just 18.5 fantasy points against the Grizzlies on Saturday, but he had scored more than 30 fantasy points in four of his previous five games. The obvious concern is foul trouble facing Anthony Davis, but Noel scored a fraction shy of 50 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Jan. 16th with a 17/11 double-double and five blocked shots although The 'Brow was out that game.

PF - Brandon Bass, Boston Celtics (at UTA), $4,400: Bass had a relatively modest performance last night (22.75 fantasy points, eight points and nine rebounds) compared to his previous two games (38.0 and 43.75 fantasy points, respectively). That said, he has played 30-plus minutes in three consecutive games and 22.75 fantasy points is still a very solid 5.17 times his salary.

C - Enes Kanter, Utah Jazz (vs. BOS), $6,500: Both Rudy Gobert and Kanter get a favorable matchup against the Celtics, who allow the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing centers. After a pair of 50-point games from Kanter, he came crashing down to earth with 16 fantasy points against the Nets on Saturday. That said, he should bounce back (although not to the 50-point level) with tonight's favorable matchup.

C - Omer Asik, New Orleans Pelicans (vs. PHI), $4,400: Asik may not have a ton of upside especially considering the blowout potential here, but Asik has 21-plus fantasy points in seven of his past eight games and gets an incredible matchup tonight. No team allows more fantasy points to opposing centers than the Sixers.

Fantasy NBA DraftKings DFS Values (Jan. 25th)

On Saturday, no player had a higher salary than Portland's Damian Lillard ($9,400) and all of the games had an over-under of 196.0 or less.

What a difference a day makes!

For Sunday's slate of games, we have six different players priced at $10,000 or more with Anthony Davis ($11,100) priced the highest. And nine of the 11 Sunday games have an over-under of at least 200 with the Suns and Clippers leading the way at 222.0.

With an average available salary of $6,250 per player on DraftKings, identifying some values will be key if you're going to fit some of the high-priced studs into your lineup(s).

As usual, we will highlight some players we like that are priced at $6,500 or less in order to help you uncover some value.

With that said, here are some DraftKings values for Sunday's NBA games:

PG - Elfrid Payton, Orlando Magic (vs. IND), $5,500: Payton left Friday's game late with knee soreness and is considered questionable for tonight's game. If he plays, however, Payton has scored at least 28.5 -- and averaged 35.21 -- fantasy points in his past six games. During that span, the rookie has averaged 13.83 points, 8.33 assists, 4.17 rebounds and 2.33 steals per game.

PG - D.J. Augustin, Detroit Pistons (at TOR), $3,200: The devastating injury to Brandon Jennings (Achilles) last night will open up plenty of minutes for Augustin, who moves into the starting point guard spot. Augustin is averaging 0.82 fantasy points per minute and should easily see 30-plus minutes today, which makes him one of the top value plays of the day at any position.

PG - Jerryd Bayless, Milwaukee Bucks (at SA), $3,000: Bayless has played 20-plus minutes with 20-plus fantasy points in each of his past two games. In those two games, Bayless has dished out nine and eight assists, respectively. Bayless provides some salary-cap relief at the position-minimum salary, but I'll have much more Augustin than Bayless today.

* Fantasy Basketball World Championship (FBWC): Qualify for DraftKings FBWC and spend a five-night VIP experience in Vegas culminating in a one-in-40 shot at the $1 MILLION top prize. Qualify for as little as $20. 

SG - Bradley Beal, Washington Wizards (at DEN), $6,300: Given Beal's inconsistency, he's better suited as a tournament play than for cash games. Over his past eight games, however, Beal has scored at least 26 fantasy points in all six games that he has played at least 30 minutes. During that eight-game span (including the two duds), Beal has averaged 13.38 points, 1.5 three's, 4.5 rebounds, 4.25 assists and a steal per game. Given the favorable matchup against the Nuggets, who allow the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing two guards and rank fourth in the league in pace, Beal has 40-point upside Sunday.

SG - Eric Gordon, New Orleans Pelicans (vs. DAL), $5,700: With Jrue Holiday out for a few more weeks, Gordon should continue to be a strong option although his price is beginning to creep up. Over his past nine games, Gordon has averaged nearly 30 fantasy points (29.64) with an average of 16.3 points, 2.11 three's, 4.78 assists and 3.22 rebounds per game with a steal in eight of those nine games.

SG - Kyle Korver, Atlanta Hawks (vs. MIN), $4,800: As 18.5-point favorites, the Hawks may rest some starters, but the matchup is otherwise as good as it gets. No team has allowed more fantasy points to opposing shooting guards this season than the Timberwolves. Because of the likelihood of a blowout, I'll avoid all of the higher-priced options just in case, but the risk with Korver is relatively low even if he plays only three quarters given his sub-$5,000 salary.

SG - Wayne Ellington, Los Angeles Lakers (vs. HOU), $3,600: With Kobe Bryant out for the rest of the season, Ellington will be one of the biggest beneficiaries. Ellington has 20-plus fantasy points in back-to-back games and should reach value today while providing owners with some salary-cap relief.

SF - Paul Pierce, Washington Wizards (at DEN), $4,600: I almost never play Pierce, but he has been productive in his past two games with at least 31 fantasy points in each. In those two games, he has averaged 16.5 points, 2.5 three's, 9.0 rebounds and a steal per game. Especially for the contests that start at 6 p.m. and therefore exclude LeBron James and Kevin Durant, I'm not crazy about the small forward options today.

SF - P.J. Tucker, Phoenix Suns (vs. LAC), $4,200: As noted earlier, the Suns-Clippers game has today's highest over-under (222.0) and stacking this game is certainly a recommended course of action. Obviously, Tucker is far from the Suns' top option, but he's a cheap way to get additional exposure to a game loaded with this much fantasy upside. Tucker's production tends to be a bit inconsistent, but he has averaged 24.07 fantasy points per game over his past seven games. In addition, he doesn't need to score to be productive as he showed on Wednesday with three real points and 36.75 fantasy points.

PF - Thaddeus Young, Minnesota Timberwolves (at ATL), $6,000: Young had just 21 fantasy points on Friday, but he had scored more than 30 fantasy points in each of his previous four games. Over his past five games, he is averaging 16.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.4 steals per game.

PF - Nene Hilario, Washington Wizards (at DEN), $5,400: Nene returns to Denver, where he has spent the majority of his career. The Nuggets really struggle to defend bigs as they allow the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing power forwards and Nene has been productive recently. Not only does he have at least 20 fantasy points in nine of 10 games, but he has averaged 31.88 over his past four games.

PF - Brandon Bass, Boston Celtics (at GS), $4,400: Whether or not the Celtics are showcasing Bass for a trade, he's become nearly a must-start as long as he's still a Celtic with his low price point. Over his past four games, Bass has averaged 15.75 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.25 assists and 1.25 steals per game. And he's been especially good in his past two games with 38.0 and 43.75 fantasy points, respectively.

PF - Patrick Patterson, Toronto Raptors (vs. DET), $4,000: Patterson has been playing well and even if he doesn't start (although he started the second half on Friday), Two-Patt should be able to reach value. In his past three games, he's averaging 10.67 points and 11.67 boards per game with a total of 11 three-pointers in those three games. (DraftKings offers a bonus for double-doubles and three-pointers.)

C - Marcin Gortat, Washington Wizards (at DEN), $5,500: The Polish Hammer is coming off a sub-par performance (13.75 fantasy points), but he is another Wizard that is a solid value today. As noted with Nene, the Nuggets struggle to defend the low post and they have allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing centers.

C - Timofey Mozgov, Cleveland Cavaliers (vs. OKC), $5,200: Mozgov has now posted double-doubles in three consecutive games. During that span, he's averaging 15.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, 1.67 blocked shots and 35.83 fantasy points per game.

C - Alex Len, Phoenix Suns (vs. LAC), $4,600: The potential of early foul trouble against the talented Clippers front court is a concern, but Len has had a couple of productive outings the first two times he has faced the Clippers this season. Even though he had 11 personal fouls in those two games, he has averaged 15.5 points and 9.0 rebounds in 26 minutes per contest.

Fantasy NBA DraftKings DFS Values (Jan. 23rd)

To fit higher-priced studs like Kevin Durant or James Harden into your DFS lineups, it's important to identify lower-priced options to provide some salary-cap relief.

In our DraftKings value posts, we will highlight players with salaries of $6,500 or less. The average salary of the $50,000 cap is $6,250 so the vast majority of the players referenced below are priced below the average salary.

With that said, here are some DraftKings values for Friday's NBA games:

PG - Elfrid Payton, Orlando Magic (at NYK), $5,400: With the return of Tobias Harris, Payton played just shy of 30 minutes on Wednesday instead of the 35-plus he had averaged over his previous five games. But he was still productive as he finished with eight points, eight assists, four rebounds and three steals for 28.5 fantasy points. Over his past five, he's averaging 14.8 points, 7.8 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game.

PG - Langston Galloway, New York Knicks (vs. ORL), $4,100: Getting another start on Wednesday, the results were identical for Galloway, who has now scored exactly 32.25 fantasy points in back-to-back outings. In his six games with the Knicks, Galloway has played 30-plus minutes three times and has scored 30-plus fantasy points in all three of those games.

SG - Eric Gordon, New Orleans Pelicans (at MIN), $5,500: With Jrue Holiday out for a few more weeks, Gordon should continue to see plenty of minutes and production. Gordon has now scored more than 20 fantasy points in eight consecutive games including 41.75 last night. During that eight-game span, Gordon has averaged 35 minutes, 15.88 points, 4.75 assists and 3.38 rebounds per game with a steal in seven of those eight games. In addition, no team has allowed more fantasy points to opposing shooting guards this season than the T'Wolves.

SG - J.R. Smith, Cleveland Cavaliers (vs. CHA), $5,000: Excluding his debut with the Cavs, Smith has averaged more than 35 minutes and just shy of 30 fantasy points (29.32) per game. Over that seven-game stretch, Smith has averaged 16.71 points and 3.14 three-pointers, 3.86 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game. One of the concerns with Smith, however, is that Iman Shumpert is expected to make his debut with the Cavs tonight.

SF - P.J. Tucker, Phoenix Suns (vs. HOU), $4,200: Not only should this be a high-scoring game (220.5 over/under), but it should be close as well (two-point spread) and that should lead to plenty of fantasy upside. Only the Warriors are projected to score more points than the Suns, but that game has loads of blowout potential with Golden State favored by 15.5 points. Tucker's minutes and those of other Suns can fluctuate a lot, but Tucker doesn't need to score to be productive. As an example, he had just three (real) points on Wednesday, but he still scored 36.75 fantasy points with 13 rebounds, five assists, four steals and one block.

SF - Chandler Parsons, Dallas Mavericks (vs. CHI), $5,900: Although the first matchup went into double-overtime, Parsons had one of his five games with 40-plus fantasy points this season against the Bulls on Dec. 2nd. While he likely won't score 40 fantasy points again, he has now scored at least 30.5 fantasy points in three consecutive games. If you decide to not pay up for someone like KD, Parsons is one of the better mid-priced options at the position tonight.

PF - Dirk Nowitzki, Dallas Mavericks (vs. CHI), $6,400: Reaching 35 minutes only three times this season, Nowitzki may lack the upside to be a strong tournament play, but his consistency and salary make him a solid option in cash games. Although Nowitzki is averaging slightly less than 30 minutes per game, he has scored more than 20 fantasy points in 21 consecutive games with an average of 30.83 during that span.

PF - Taj Gibson, Chicago Bulls (at DAL), $6,100: If Joakim Noah misses another game tonight, Gibson remains a strong option. Over his past five games, he is averaging more than 37 minutes per game with 11.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game.

PF - Nerlens Noel, Philadelphia 76ers (vs. TOR), $5,300: Before missing Wednesday's game with flu-like symptoms, Noel has been getting consistent playing time with 30-plus minutes in six of his past seven games. Over his past four games, Noel has averaged 11.75 points, 8.25 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.25 blocks per game. Noel needs 31.8 fantasy points to reach six times his salary and he has scored 31.5 or more fantasy points in three of his past four games.

PF - Jason Smith, New York Knicks (vs. ORL), $3,900: Smith has scored more than 25 fantasy points in back-to-back games with at least 32 minutes in each contest. With a top-10 matchup against the Magic, Smith should be able to easily reach value on Friday night assuming he gets another heavy dose of minutes.

PF - Brandon Bass, Boston Celtics (at DEN), $3,300: Getting a start and more than 30 minutes on Thursday, Bass had his first double-double of the season with 13 points, 10 rebounds and five assists as well as a steal and a block. Even if they are showcasing him for a trade, Bass has now scored at least 22 fantasy points in three consecutive games including 38.0 last night and is a solid low-priced option. In addition, few teams allow more fantasy points to opposing bigs than the Nuggets.

C - Timofey Mozgov, Cleveland Cavaliers (vs. CHA), $5,100: Mozgov played a seven-game high of 39 minutes on Wednesday since being acquired by the Cavs and finished with his consecutive double-double. In his past two games, he's averaging 15.5 points, 13.0 rebounds (6.0 OREB/G), two blocks and one steal per game and 39.0 fantasy points per game. And LeBron James has referred to Mozgov as being a "walking double-double."

C - Alex Len, Phoenix Suns (vs. HOU), $4,600: There are some concerns with Len's foot tendinitis, less than 20 minutes of playing time in back-to-back games and potential foul trouble against Dwight Howard. That said, Len was averaging 29.18 fantasy points per game before his disappointing 11.25 outing on Wednesday.

Daily Fantasy Basketball: FanDuel Values for March 5th

If you play daily fantasy sports (and who doesn't these days?!), you know that one of the keys to success is uncovering undervalued players to allow you to load up on studs elsewhere.

In case you've never played daily fantasy basketball, every player has a salary and your roster cannot exceed the game's salary-cap maximum.

For FanDuel leagues, rosters consist of nine players and the salary cap is $60,000, which averages to roughly $6,667 per player. To give you an idea of the range for Wednesday's games, Timberwolves PF Kevin Love ($11,600) has the contest's highest salary while many are tied for the lowest at the game-minimum salary ($3,500).

There are a number of benefits compared to traditional full-season re-draft leagues, such as:

• you don't have to worry about being saddled by players sidelined by injury;
• having a late pick doesn't rule out owning studs like Kevin Durant or LeBron James;
• you get the instant gratification of winning your league(s) that night.

And you know that enthusiasm you have after drafting your fantasy team(s)? Well, you get to experience that feeling on a nightly basis with daily fantasy basketball.

OK, with the preliminary stuff out of the way, here are some value plays to consider for Wednesday (March 5th) FanDuel leagues:

PG - Jeff Teague, Atlanta Hawks (at POR), $6,700: In his past four games, Teague has scored at least 26 points and 33.6 fantasy points per game. In his most recent game, Teague scored 29 points and added nine assists, six boards, two steals and a block for 52.7 fantasy points. It's unclear if Paul Millsap (knee) will play tonight and if he does, Teague may score fewer points, but he's a solid value as the 13th-highest priced point guard for tonight's games. Only the 76ers have allowed more fantasy points to opposing point guards this season than the Blazers.

PG - George Hill, Indiana Pacers (at CHA), $4,700: Hill returned to the court last night after missing two games and he gets a favorable matchup tonight against the Bobcats. Over the past 15 days, the Bobcats have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing point guards.

PG - Will Bynum, Detroit Pistons (vs. CHI), $4,600: While I'd like to see Bynum get more minutes, he's been productive with the time he's getting. In 18 minutes against the Knicks on Monday, Bynum scored 16 points and added three rebounds, three assists and three steals for 27.1 fantasy points. In his past three games, he has averaged 15.33 points, 5.67 assists and 1.67 steals per game despite the modest playing time.

SG - Vince Carter, Dallas Mavericks (at DEN), $5,800: Over his past five games, Carter has scored more than 30 fantasy points four times. During that run, he has averaged 18.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.6 blocks per game. The Nuggets have allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards this season.

SG - Kevin Martin, Minnesota Timberwolves (vs. NYK), $5,800: After a multi-game absence due to his thumb injury, Martin is averaging 24.0 points per game since returning. While he's primarily a one-category (points) producer, Martin has 25.4 and 36.8 fantasy points in his two games back. In addition, the Knicks have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to shooting guards this year.

SG - Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks (vs. SAC), $4,300: While the rookie from Greece has been a little inconsistent with his fantasy production, he has scored 26-plus fantasy points in four of his past seven games. During that seven-game span, Antetokounmpo has averaged 23.83 fantasy points per game. The Kings have allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing SGs this season.

(As great as Paul George has been playing, it's hard to keep him out of my lineups tonight. At a reasonable price for a stud player ($8,900), George has scored at least 37 fantasy points in eight consecutive games and he has 41.4-plus in five of those games including 49.4 last night. With the Bobcats allowing LeBron to score 61 on Monday, George should be in for a big night.)

SF - Nicolas Batum, Portland Trail Blazers (vs. ATL), $6,900: While his price has crept up slightly, he's still pricely barely above the average cost of a starter ($6,667). Batum has appeared in many of these FanDuel posts as a multi-category stat stuffer. In his past five games, Batum has scored a minimum of 30.7 fantasy points in each game and has averaged 38.52 per game. Over that stretch, Batum has averaged 16.6 points, 10.6 boards, 4.8 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1.2 steals. The Hawks have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing small forwards this season.

SF - Wilson Chandler, Denver Nuggets (vs. DAL), $5,200: After missing a game against the Nets, Chandler has been solid in his two games back including a double-double (25 points, 10 rebounds) on Monday. The Mavs are in the bottom third in the league at limiting fantasy points to opposing small forwards.

SF - Maurice Harkless, Orlando Magic (vs. HOU), $4,400: Harkless has been inconsistent this season overall, but he has been consistently productive in his past four games. Since Feb. 25th, Harkless has played more than 30 minutes per game and averaged 14.75 points, 4.5 boards, 1.25 blocks and 1.0 steals per game. He has scored between 22.1 and 29.7 fantasy points in each of those four games and gets a solid matchup against the Rockets (19th at defending small forwards this season).

PF - Andray Blatche, Brooklyn Nets (vs. MEM), $5,100: It's unclear whether or not Kevin Garnett (back spasms) will play tonight, but Blatche has been productive for three consecutive games with 29.3, 45.6 and 26.5 fantasy points, respectively. The matchup against the Grizzlies isn't great so I like Blatche assuming KG is out. Otherwise, I'd definitely look for a different option to pair with Kevin Love, who is a must-start in daily formats.

PF - Brandon Bass, Boston Celtics (vs. GS), $4,600: Bass has scored at least 23 fantasy points in three consecutive games and in five of his past six games. The minutes for the Celtics' bigs can be a bit uncertain when Bass, Jared Sullinger, Kris Humphries and Kelly Olynyk are all available, but Bass has played 30-plus minutes in five of his past six games (and the exception was 27 minutes).

PF - Trevor Booker, Washington Wizards (vs. UTA), $3,500: The matchup against the Jazz isn't great as Utah has allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points to opposing power forwards, but the value of Booker's production should exceed his contest-minimum cost as injuries have opened the door for him. In his last two outings, which includes a tough matchup against the Grizzlies, Booker has averaged 14.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game.

C - Robin Lopez, Portland Trail Blazers (vs. ATL), $6,100: There are a lot of talented centers going tonight with Joakim Noah, DeMarcus Cousins, Al Jefferson, Dwight Howard and Andre Drummond among those playing. If you're looking for a slightly cheaper option, Lopez has been hot lately with at least 40 fantasy points in three of his past six games. During that six-game run, which included a Feb. 23rd dud (six points, five rebounds), Lopez is averaging 13.0 points, 11.0 rebounds and 3.0 blocks per game.

Daily Fantasy Basketball (Feb. 26th): FanDuel Bargains

If you play daily fantasy sports (and who doesn't these days?!), you know that one of the keys to success is uncovering undervalued players to allow you to load up on studs elsewhere.

In case you've never played daily fantasy basketball, every player has a salary and your roster cannot exceed the game's salary-cap maximum.

For FanDuel leagues, rosters consist of nine players and the salary cap is $60,000, which averages to roughly $6,667 per player. To give you an idea of the range for Wednesday's games, Thunder SF Kevin Durant ($12,000) has the contest's highest salary while many are tied for the lowest at the game-minimum salary ($3,500).

There are a number of benefits compared to traditional full-season re-draft leagues, such as:

• you don't have to worry about being saddled by players sidelined by injury;
• having a late pick doesn't rule out owning studs like Kevin Durant or LeBron James;
• you get the instant gratification of winning your league(s) that night.

And you know that enthusiasm you have after drafting your fantasy team(s)? Well, you get to experience that feeling on a nightly basis with daily fantasy basketball.

OK, with the preliminary stuff out of the way, here are some value plays to consider for Wednesday (Feb. 26th) FanDuel leagues:

PG - Jeff Teague, Atlanta Hawks (at BOS), $5,800: Since missing the Pistons game on the 21st, Teague has scored at least 26 points with six-plus assists in back-to-back games. With the injuries on the Hawks, Teague should continue to be aggressive on the offensive end once again on Wednesday.

PG - Trey Burke, Utah Jazz (vs. PHO), $5,900: Burke had an off night on Monday (21.5 fantasy points), but he had a minimum of 31.6 fantasy points in each of his previous three games. Look for him to bounce back here.

SG - Vince Carter, Dallas Mavericks (vs. NO), $5,200: Carter has now scored 33-plus fantasy points in back-to-back nights. Against the Knicks on Monday, Carter had 23 points, three rebounds, three assists and a block.

SG - Kent Bazemore, Los Angeles Lakers (at MEM), $3,600: Against the Pacers last night, Bazemore led the Lakers in minutes (39) and points (23) and has now scored 15-plus points in all three of his games with the Lakers. In addition, Bazemore has a total of seven steals in his three games with the Lakers.

SF - Paul Pierce, Brooklyn Nets (at POR), $5,800: With at least 33 minutes in each of his past two games, Pierce scored 25 points with seven boards and four dimes on Sunday for 35.4 fantasy points. On Wednesday, the Nets will face the Blazers, who have allowed the fourth-most points per game this season.

SF - Kyle Singler, Detroit Pistons (at SAS), $4,200: Although the matchup is far from ideal, Singler has scored at least 20 fantasy points in five of his past six games including 30.6 on Monday against the Warriors.

PF - Tobias Harris, Orlando Magic (at PHI), $6,700: After three consecutive games with 35 or more fantasy points, Harris had an off night Tuesday: 11 points, four rebounds and one assist. That said, nothing helps a player bounce back like facing the Sixers.

PF - Brandon Bass, Boston Celtics (vs. ATL), $4,500: It's unclear whether Jared Sullinger (concussion) will miss another game, but Bass has played 30-plus minutes in four consecutive games. Averaging a little more than 25 fantasy points per game during that stretch, Bass has averaged 14.5 points, 6.75 rebounds, 1.0 steal and 1.0 block per game.

C - Nikola Vucevic, Orlando Magic (at PHI), $7,000: Averaging a double-double on the season, Vucevic had 19 points and 14 boards against a depleted Wizards frontcourt on Tuesday. Vucevic has now scored more than 30 fantasy points in six of seven games and he faces a fantasy-friendly Sixers team on Wednesday night.

C - Alexis Ajinca, New Orleans Pelicans (at DAL), $3,600: With 27 minutes in each of the past two games, Ajinca followed up a solid performance (nine points, nine rebounds) with a double-double (19 points, 12 rebounds) on Monday.

C - Kelly Olynyk, Boston Celtics (vs. ATL), $3,700: If Sullinger misses another game, it could mean additional minutes for Olynyk once again. On Monday, Olynyk had 21 points, eight rebounds, four assists and a steal.
